We take pride in delivering top-notch items, and any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no additional cost to you.

However, please note that we typically do not accept returns due to user errors such as selecting the wrong size, design, color, or other preferences. Our return policy applies solely to damaged items or products with manufacturing defects. Once a product has been successfully delivered in normal condition, we do not entertain refunds or changes.

Return Conditions:

We accept returns for products that were shipped by us and are found to be faulty due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged item). To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of arrival, especially for delicate products. Requests submitted after 15 days will not be considered.

Please Note:

Unauthorized returns or returns of washed, worn, or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and such items will be forfeited. To process your return request, please follow these steps: Ensure you have all receipts or proof of purchase readily available. Exchanges:

We will use this information to assess the need for a replacement and take measures to prevent similar errors in the future. Our dedicated customer service team will carefully review your claim. Cancellations or Changes:

For order cancellations or changes, please note the following: Orders are typically processed within 6 hours from the time of placement. To request a cancellation or modification, we kindly request a minimum of 6 HOURS’ NOTICE. Orders cancelled within 6 hours of placement will not incur any cancellation fees, resulting in a 100% REFUND of the order value. Changes to order information (size, color, address) can only be made within 12 hours of order placement. Requests for cancellation or changes beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
